I made a payment of Rs.640/- on 11.04.2019 through net banking for mobile No.8826654445. It was not accounted for. I made a complaint on 20.04.2019 and 23.04.2019 for same. Despite my complaint, it was not accounted for. I left with no alternate but to make another payment to avoid disconnection today i.e. 24.04.2019. I paid a sum of Rs.639/- today through net banking against the same . I request to refund or adjust Rs.640/- in future bill. For your ready reference, i give below the details of payments;
11.04.2019 Rs.640/- confirmation No. 80787784 ( Bank of India Account)
24.04.2019 Rs.639/- Confirmation No. 81318228 ( Bank of India account)
