I made payment of Rs. 1920 to Fortis Hospital on 14-12-2022 vide Wallet Ref. No. 43381846894 Order id 202212141150470050 which has neither reached Fortis Hospital Noida ( Merchant ) nor refunded to my paytm wallet account linked to my phone no. 9315411945. I raised issue with paytm vide ticket no. 3249129795 many times but no action is taken. I had requested paytm for refund because I had to clear Merchant’s bill by paying cash as it was related to treatment of my wife ( post operative care and dressing) . I need the amount urgently for my other urgent payments. Kindly advise Paytm to resolve the issue without further delay
