Hi,

I have made a payment of Rs.1075/- at https://www.healthklin.com via ccavenue and the company has not given me any order confirmation, but the payment has been deducted from my account and CCAVENUE have sent me payment confirmation. There is no order details that is reflecting on the website when I check. Can you please help me.

  1. i recently bought a BP Mercury Sphygmomanometer Manual for rs.1795 from healthklin.com,on receipt i found the mercury to be inadequate ,so within 24 hours i lodged a return request(which asked whether packet was opened or not),the so called technical crew spoke rudely blaming me for wrongly using the cuff!i dont like to pass negative comments but these people were not interested in return and replacement.i sent two whatsapp videos to show the inadequacy of mercury.they are just advertising a 7 day return policy which they dont follow.now i have to calibrate this inferior product on my own.1.How can you know the quality without opening it?.2.the behaviour of service personal and the no response from the customer service centre both by phone and mail.
