I have taken a Rs. 27000 loan, final EMi due amount Rs. 9545 due date is on 01 Jun 2022. but still now amount is not auto debited from my account. I have a sufficient amount in my bank account. they haven’t deducted due date on due date through ECS auto debit even i asked them to make payment through IMPS but they asked me to wait for auto debit. on 03 Jun 2022 they asked me to make IMPS payment, I did the same and sent the payment details to them, they replied that they will check and update the status like that. but even after followed up multiple emails getting overdue amount charges on daily basis through sms and emails as well. I’m very frustrated. why they are adding overdue charges for closed loan? can you check this issue and resolve at earliest.
