I booked flight Mumbai to Delhi from Travolook website on 24 and 25 June. I booked the flight in my friend’s name, money got deducted from my account as i was paying and then I received the email the booking is cancelled. I did like this 2 more times as I had to book the flight and thought they would refund me. I have used travolook website before as well never had issue, but this time it’s more than 2 months, I didn’t get my refund. The amount is around 20549/-
