Dear Sir,
i have booked the flight ticket on September 29th from chennai to goa thru travlook website, while booking the flight ticket i got confirmation mail, like (your booking is confirmed) after 5-10 i got a mail from travlook the booking has cancelled and refund the amount. almost 1 month i spoke to customer care, they are simply saying the payment will credited within 1 week. but till yet the payment has not credited.
