Dear sir/Madam
I have made payment of Rs. 7831 vide transition reference no. 519837972 dated 24/06/2021 through using web portal https://egrashry.nic.in. My account is debited from the same amount but while i am checking status of challan on portal then portal showing payment status is failure. So I am requested to please update this payment against ch. No. 78307050 or refund to me.
