i transferred 3000 and 2020 from my mobikwik wallete through american expteress card to my paytm account thriugh snapay portal. snapay. rs. 3000 and 2020 debited from my mobikwik account but transaction failed by snapay and amount not send to my bank account and amount not return back to my account.
i contact snapay but i not getting proper reply and i want their office contact number but he is said me NO ANY CONTACT NUMBRR AVAILABLE OF OFFICE.
HE IS NOT TRANSFERRED MY MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT
TOMMORROW AS ON 5 TH JUNE 2021 MY EMI DUE IN MY ACCOUNT BUT THIS SNAPAY TRANSACTION ISSUEE MY EMI WILL BE BOUNCE TOMMORROW AND BANK CHARGE TO ME BOUNCING PENELTY OF RS 2000.
SNAPAY SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AND PROPPER. THEIR NO ANY CUSTOMER CARE AVAILABLE
