Paytm is not resolving their technical issues and trying to practice unethical practices, like not being able to pay by opening a mobile app but after the due date, they are sending a link with can able to pay payment even using the UPI option where I was never succeeded with the app. Also no option to raise a complaint through 24/7 chat support. Where why do I have to pay extra charges where it has a problem with PAYTM, no customer care number for postpaid account and Bank Customer care will not do anything on this issue. and not able to attach all images that can understand the fraud practice by PAYTM.
