Dear Sir
In year 2017, I had pre-booked Jio Phone & make the payment of Rs. 500/- on 25/08/2017 to Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. but Jio company didn’t provide any phone against that booking as on date and also not returned my booking amount so far. I have called up their customer care many times but they have not provided any firm solution against my request.
Requesting you to look into this matter & arrange the solution.
