Text of Complaint by Sandip Savaliya:

I booked an internet on 1st August, the sales guy itself told me, I’ll receive connection in 3-4 days, I waited for a whole week, No process. After a week I kept receiving feedbacks that due to the unavailability of devices I’ll get my setup done within 2 days, 3 days, etc. After 14 days I asked for cancellation, but the GTPL team itself didn’t process my cancellation.

After being tired of such replies I thought to visit customer care near me. staff was very unresponsive. You can consider SBI staff best as compared to GTPL. When I visited the office, at that time he made a request for cancellation itself, and he told me that I’ll receive a refund in 45 days… wtf… sales guy told me of 7 days…

I haven’t received any service from GTPL, no timely support, no response from the GTPL team.
I’m adding the GTPL team’s sales channels contact numbers here. I need my refund AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
GTPL is a Waste of money and time.

This guy misbehaved with me nor give me any response to my problem. Even he added my number to some spam group and started getting some spam OTP messages on my number.

This type of cheap activity was not expected from the GTPL team.
