Story – I had initiated a connection request yesterday for the Airtel Optical Fibre Broadband Connection. Your Executive completed the registration process for the same. For this process, I had also Made a Payment to Airtel of Rs. 3536/-.
Today, As per your executive this Fibre connection is not possible at the required location i.e. Bansi Trade Center, Hukumchand Ghantaghar Chouraha, MG Road Indore.
Request – Please initiate the refund of Rs. 3536/- (Same Amount) to me. As I am only interested in Fibre Connection. And please initiate this now, at the earliest.
