I was using a broadband connection of airtel number (01204249795).
I request to shift the connection from my older house to new house from ghaziabad to noida.
Airtel even without my consent deactivated my older number and installed a new connection with new number. Moreover they did not refunded the already paid amount on behalf of closing my account which is Rs5400. The deadline for returning was 4-4-2021 initially and later 8-4-2021.
Kindly help me to get my amount refunded and also compensate for the trouble and stressed caused by them to me.
