I have purchased few items on 26th Sep for amount of 3532/- amount is debited form my account and Amazon is declining that they haven’t received the said amount. On there request I contacted my bank(HDFC) where they also confirmed me that amount is debited and credited to Amazon with all the relevant evidence.
Customer care of Amazon is also not supportive
