11 of dec , i booked ticket with air india flight in tiruvantpuram , some how payment was deducted in my account but ticket was not booked the staff said within 7 days payment was credit in your card, till date there is not refund , in my statment the name of the company is WinglnTravelAdvCashFre , i also go to the HDFC bank, they said till not any request receive to them , please do somthing . The amount of rs 16608/-
