Yesterday (June 21, 2020 ) when making a phone call from my prepaid mobile no. 7755863947 I got an automated message that there is very low balance to continue the call.
Since I did not have airtel app and also did not know how to find the remaining balance, I simply made a recharge of 598/- for 84 day 1.5 GB per day pack at at 5.27 PM.
The transaction number is 2006211985537. Further the SMS said that the payment will get posted to the account in next 4 hours.
However, this payment has not been posted till the writing of this complaint.
Please help resolve this issue.
