“I am reporting a critical issue with my withdrawal that has been ignored for 3 days.
Amount: ₹500+ ₹500
Current Status: Stuck on ‘Already Dunned’
I have already filed a consumer complaint via Voxya, and you have failed to respond. This is my final notice to you.
If this amount is not credited to my bank account or refunded to my game wallet within 24 hours, I will be filing a formal FIR for ‘Online Financial Fraud’ on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) against your merchant accounts.
I have attached screenshots of the stuck payment and my bank statement as proof. Solve this immediately to avoid legal action.”
