I have gave request for relocation of GTPL brodband . but they are not replied me in 30 days . after we get it new connection in new location with new Member name. but some how what was issue they are not given new connection.
and i have done yearly recharge payment given on dt. 31.05.2022. but they are not given me new connection. but they says we can provide only old exiting connection after 1.5 month that time we request for relocation.
till today 22-07-2022, not provided return Payment service by GTPL.
At online customer care 10 time complaint given and more than 50 time had discuss with GTPL person bhavin oza / ravi kshtariya but no response till now.
I will ask many times with connect person:
Ravi Kshatriya (Baroda) – 07016195151 – this person has a no manner i for how to talk with customer and What help give us. but that person some attitude issue and given to me attitude . and today took they will ask ” no any persons are available in account dept.” .
Bhavin Oza – 9712913509 – this person is helpful but last i am not satisfied.
