Sir/Madam , I was paid the electricity bill amount of 1356.25 to merchant (DGVCL) on dt.10/04/2023 through freopay but this amount was not received by merchant (DGVCL) and i have complaint to freo pay by email for refund my money in my account but yet freopay haven’t any proper replied to me and not interested to solve that and it seems this freopay app is fraud so i request you please help me for my refund amount and hearwith i have attached the screenshot of transaction page for your reference thank you .
