I have made payment of Rs. 10890 dated 07.09.2021 with reference id 125063642963 to electricity board from paytm. Unfortunately the payment has failed. I have tried so much time to call the Paytm customer care but the no response has been received till date. No money has been received back in my account. I have also gone to my Bank (SBI home branch ) but they said no money has been received back from paytm to bank .
