I don’t really able to figure it coz i made this payment around 00:11:38 i also tried contacting merchant by sending text on phone pe so that they can confirm but no response so raising this complaint and its 3:38 am in morning its been 2 days instead of 2 hours i have shared all the details but they are declining the request saying payment is not received attached are all the proof and their response
