on sunday 09/10/2023 i went for a move to asian mcube at attaput, Hyderabad there my payment was failed while having a purchase later they have suggested to wait for 3-4 day for the refund i waited for 5 working days but i didn’t get the refund they are telling that it was not our mistake is a bank mistake, as per the bank records no money was transferred, please look into the issue.
