I orderded Tresemme shampoo sachets x30 and one Tresemme conditioner bottle(order id: #77169) on 19th April 2023. I made the payment online through paytm. And the payment was successful. But the site says payment is not received. I tried contacting the customer support through mobile and email but couldn’t connect as the number is dead and the email server is misconfigured.
