I placed an order in June and returned the product. I got the reply from them they have transferred the money in my account and till now I have not received any money .following is the reply from them
“Greetings from Amazon Customer Service.
This is with regards to the refund of your order: 402-3056437-0820320 – Naidu Hall Women’s Cotton Brassiere.
I have checked this for you and from our end the refund was successfully processed on Sunday 19 June 2022 for the amount of Rs. 790.00.
The payment is successfully processed from our end to your original payment method.
As the refund is successful, an automated Refund Reference Code was generated which is : HSBCN22171655698.
I request you to kindly contact your bank regarding this and file a dispute so that they can trace the amount from our servers. You will have to provide the Refund Reference Code so that they can find this amount from your account.
