Text of Complaint by shivam bansal:

I have done the payment regarding my broadband connection of rs 1778.46 on 10 Oct 2020 there is some issue in Airtel thanks App because of Thanks App payment deducted from my account and not received by Airtel as per them. I confirmed with the bank then they provide me transaction id which is generated by the bank ie. MT202860100000010129123.

I had raised the complaint many times but they were resolved it without mention any reason as result they stopped my internet services again and again, call and messages me for the payment and threatened for the payment. They forced me to payment again please look into the matter and provide a way to resolve the issue.
