When I made an online payment for recharging Connect Broadband through your gateway it showed my transaction was successful and I got a message from my bank that the said amount has been debited but despite that Connect Broadband has disconnected my number due to the reason, the merchant has not been deposited the amount. So they disconnected my number. Please help.
