I have paid the my bill payment on 01 06 2020 of Rs 660 via hdfc netbanking bill pay.( HGA1P057920071524543 )
And I get confirmation via email which was enclosed for your reference but I getting reminder sms ,it was not transferred to your account.
I called your customer care and informed about my transaction number also on 09 & 11 06 2020.service request no 31-3052740115370 .
Based on your information I have submitted the bank transaction statement to your coimbatore office ( Lakshmi mill). executive Ms.divya told me that I ill get back with 24 hours and update about status.but still now I have not get any confirmation from your side.
outgoing facility was but and paid the bill again on 19 06 2020.and informed your team again on 23 06 2020 -service request no 31 -3079154792687.now current bill was generated without adjusted my payments ( two payment made by me ).
check and confirm your whether payment will adjust or not .
