Hello team,
I have paid my credit bill of citi bank through post pe application on 21 december 2022 f rs 20000.but payment has been failed however the amount has been debit from my account , I had word with my bank they said payment is successful from their end.now post pe not taking responsibility nor refunding the amount also not reply on mails.please refund my money. They have customer care but not able to connect they have nodal officer he is also not reply on mails.
