i am taking subscription against my business needs and give them company person two months payment rs 2400 , remaining payment covered in emi based when it’s done process that time I am giving warning after 2 months you will start my emi but they started within 21days so my accounts balance payment not more than 1000rs ,so iecs charges 354 more than 10 time and bank hold my balance against this payment , then what should I do
