SUB: Payment made to CRED (M/S IBIBO WEB PVT LTD INDIAN BANK MGT)
has debited from my Account and but the payment failed And money not credited back into my account.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I made a payment to CRED (M/S IBIBO WEB PVT LTD INDIAN BANK MGT) from my Current bank account no- 830268838 on 29th of June, 2022. The payment got failed but the amount of Rs. 50,000/- got debited from my bank account. The amount which was debited from my account has not been credited back into my bank account yet. So I request you to please kindly look after the matter mentioned above and please credit the money back into my account as soon as possible. I am enclosing my bank statement (Of my current account from which the payment has made) herewith for your kind reference.
