I ordered for Coffee (Amt. Rs. 252.00) vide Order No. 15084/07.03.2019. My payment was shown as “Success’ in my Paytm account. Seller refuses to acknowledge payment . No revert from seller, despite his claim that he will “check with his accounts dept” since the last 24 hours. Either Paytm refunds my money or blacks the seller. It’s not the money..it’s the principle that matters to me
