Text of Complaint by Kishore Balvir AGrawal:

I have done net banking payment to recharge excitel broadband connection against my connection under name of Kishore Balvir Agrawal, Navi Mumbai. But showed as failed, payment deducted from my account. Complaint to Excitel thru their App. Ticket no is. 164259.a nd was told that with in 8 to 10 days’ time will get the refund. Today its 11 th day not got refund. Excitel not accepting new complaint saying ticket is open. Called customer care……but talking rudely. and raising hand.

Bank says its been deducted and transferred successfully. Now what to day.
