I made a payment of Rs 2000 on 28.2.2022 for appointment with Dr Mohan at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Ammount was deducted from my Union Bank of India account. Bank entry shows as under:

e PAY/ To : IBIBO WEB PVT LTD/542073972/Fortis
bu amount has neither credited to Fortis hospital nor returned to my account even after a lapse of more than 2 months.
