Sir,
I had processed the request for recharge by TXN ID:2006251557936 dated 25/06/2020 to my daughter’s mobile number 801698…. through online mode on 25th June-2020 . The payment of Rs 1498/-( Rupees one thousand four hundred ninety eight) had been made through Internet Banking of SBI. The Reference number of SBI payment is 109884985213IGAIVTOZM0 .
The payment has gone to Bharti Airtel from SBI. But after transfer from the Bank page to the AIRTEL home page it was written as the recharge failed.
On the next day again I had processed the request for recharge by TXN ID:2006262198253 dated 26/06/2020. The payment of Rs 1498/-( Rupees one thousand four hundred ninety eight) had been made through Internet Banking of SBI.
The Reference number of SBI payment is 109885984141IGAIVXUDW9 . The payment has gone to Bharti Airtel from SBI. But after transfer from the Bank page to the AIRTEL home page the same it was written as the recharge failed.
Then again I had processed the request for recharge by TXN ID:2006262200860 dated 26/06/2020 . The payment of Rs 1498/-( Rupees one thousand four hundred ninety eight) had been made through Internet Banking of SBI.
The Reference number of SBI payment is 109885988840IGAIVXUSO9. The payment has gone to Bharti Airtel from SBI & my mobile was finally recharged by Transaction ID: 222455547 dated 26/06/2020.
So, please arrange to return the transacted amount @ Rs 1498 for first two transactions that is a total of Rs 2996/- to my SBI Account.
