Text of Complaint by Punita Singh:

  1. I have apply for a new tata sky binge+ connection on 11th September 2020.
  2. At the same day I have made the payment of rupees 4,462 through online method.
  3. I called the tata sky customer care number of times, mailed them for the same. But till as of now my account is not activated neither they refunded my amount.
  4. I also check with my bank. The amount was successfully transfered to merchant bank.
  5. Tata sky is asking me everyday to wait for 7-10 days.
