hi Team
My name is Kuntal Bhowmick using an Airtel Postpay connection I have added an add on number in my plan for which I receive a combine Bill. On 15th dec 18 I made a payment of 436₹ on my add on number via paytm for which I received paytm transaction reference 21933837443 and Airtel transaction ref 181215154732. However this payment rever got reflected on my number and after multiple follow up they are yet to resolve this.
can anyone assist me to raise a consumer complaint on them.
