I had took a loan from Miss Cash of Rs 3000. I had tried to paid off the loan today morning. Since it was failed. Then I got what’s app from customer care along with 3 different UPI ids to make the payment in break up of Rs 1200+1200+600. Which I had done. But still it has showing pending in safe money portal. Request you to kindly update the payment ASAP. The above cc care denied to help me. They told me to make further payment. Which is really impossible for me as my mother is in hospital. She is cretical . I had already update the UTR details in miss cash site. Kindly help.
