My name is Lalchand Gurung. I had taken a loan from flipcash and paid my due of rs 5000 on 24 December 2020 at 16:46. A message came for successful transaction but again another message came saying your transaction failed and said the money will be refunded within 5-7 working days. By that time few days had gone and they again asked me to repay my overdue, this time with late fee of amount 5236 which I again paid.. But still it is not updated and sending messages to pay everyday with due fees.. I was now having doubt and so went to my bank branch to enquire about the transaction and was shocked to know that bothe the payment was done successfully. I even tracked my payment at razorpay through which they had asked to make the payment and got confirmation that both the transaction was done successfully to neelatara technology private limited…Till now I have not received my earlier payment refund. I have sent numerous mail to flipcash.cs@gmail.com as well as neelatara technology private limited but they never response.. I even tried to call at flipcash customer care number which they have given which is 9392181596 but it is always switched off. Till date neither my first payment ofwof rs 5000 which they said transaction unsuccessful but in reality it has successfully paid been refunded nor my payment of second payment of rs 5236 has been updated rather instead they are sending messages daily to pay with increased amount. This is totally unacceptable as both flipcash or neither neelatara technology private limited is taking responsibility of solving the issue. Now they have left me with no option raher than filling an FIR of cyber scam to both the parties..
