Sir, I have already paid an amount of Rs.5875.11 UTR No. 306215804972 through phone pay on 3rd March 2023 before the payment date. The RBL bank management was continously calling and messaging to me to pay over due amount. I am sending mail and payment screen shot of (Phone pay receipt) to the RBL Bank. But the RBL bank authorities are not cleared the above issue and Mentally torcher to me every day to pay the amount. The authorities is not cleared till to date. In this connection, Iam requesting you sir to insturct the above authority to solve the above problem as early as possible in this regard.
