I have made a payment to flipkart for their due 1550rs and that payment was successful immediately as per attached screenshot. But it was not updated by Flipkart. I asked customer care and made complaint,they are saying that they did not receive payment and asked to my bank HDFC .both are denying at their end but payment was not come back as well .. Flipkart is just calling to my number after complaint but their are not replying on the email and saying that they may be server issue .I gave them alternate email and number as well ,again they call and says that they did not receive payment.I think they are clearly making fool .kindly take action
