Text of Complaint by Amol Thorat:

I have transferred money through my Kotak bank credit card while using Phonepe application. But money doesn’t transferred to my beneficiary account and it was deducted from my credit card. Even after taking multiple follow-ups with phonepe customer team there is not proper response and guidance provided by them. Amount 10200 rupees deducted by Phonepe app but same was not credited to my beneficiary account on date 18/02/2023. Bank statement attached for your reference. Please take necessary action against phonepe application team. Document opening Password : amol1802.
