Dear sir,
This is regarding the new connection of tata sky booked online on 15/05/2021.
After payment of Rs.1812/- was made through the BHIM app, the tatasky
site did not work and the process was interrupted.
It was confirmed by the BHIM app that the money had been deposited in
the beneficiary account. The reply letter from BHIM and BHIM
generated
receipt are attached herewith for your kind reference. In this
regard, enquirers were made from nodal officer have not resulted in anything.
I have had several communications and almost 15 days have passed. The
issue is still unsolved. Kindly look into the matter
and revert at the earliest.
