On the 18th of March 2024 (Screenshot Attached), I made a payment of Rs. 824.82 towards my outstanding bill. The payment was successfully processed and debited from my account(Screenshot Attached).
However, I have noticed that the outstanding amount is still showing on my bill. I immediately contacted your customer care team to address this issue, but unfortunately, the representative was unable to assist me and abruptly ended the call.
