I have taken a mobile loan from DMI finance on 20th Jan 2020. Loan ID DMI0006077279 in the name of krishnamoorthy. After paying 2 months emi they activated Auto debit option without my knowledge, during Covid-19 lockdown I opted for moratorium but still my my mobile is locked by DMI.. After paying the EMI on May 4th I unlocked my mobile but now the company says they haven’t received my payment and sent me 3 different payment statement by DMI.. I tried to contact them for the past 2 month through customer care number and given email by the company..
There was no response from DMI finance till date other than greeting my mail.. I have tried all possible ways to get a reply from DMI but am no way near to contact them..
