Hello!
My name is Priti goel and my subscriber ID is 1015852385. I want to relocate my tata sky and for this I raised a request on tata sky customer care. The technician visited and says your set top box is not working, you have to replace it. I said alright plz replace , he says we can’t replace only set top box you have to purchase full set. I talked on customer care they said the technician will talk to his supervisor if they says to replace only set top box the technician will replace it. But the supervisor said no and my setup box was not replaced. Then I talked in customer care and they said you can replace your setup box by giving the old set top box and taking the new setup box by giving amount of rupees 400. I again raised a complaint in Tata sky and the technician came and then also he said that we can’t replace only setup box you have to replace full set. after that in front of the technician I called in customer care Tata sky and they talked to the technician and then again problem arises the Tata sky customer care executive stays technician will talk to the supervisor if the supervisor says he will replace it but again the supervisor says no. Then withdrawal issue I ordered the full set of Tata sky SET from Amazon.tender technician came with the full set and then I asked if he can replace only setup box then he says ok. He replaced my set top box andand then he says that the amount will be debited from your Tata sky account. I said I want to pay with the cash as I talked in customer care and they said yes you can pay with the cash. Dental technician talk to the supervisor and he says ok the technician charged me and amount of rupees 700 400 for box replacement and 300 for his visiting charges and my box was replaced.I was told by the supervisor that after 1 hour of the box installation you will get a call from Tata sky about the warranty policy of the box of one year.but I did not get any call and when I called them they said that your call is on hold and the amount has been not debited from my Tata sky account yet.I told them that your supervisor said that give the cash to the technician and the amount will not be debited from my Tata sky account.but now the customer care team me say that you don’t have to pay the cash your amount will be debited from the account. I don’t want my money to be debited from the account I want to give cash. I give cash in front of these technician and supervisor on call but now again the problem is rising from the last 10 days I have not been able to replace my set top box this is all again and again happening. Every time technician comes and and they don’t resolve my problem of set-top box change.then a new technician was assigned and then again a charge of rupees 300 was issued. if technician is not doing what I am saying that why should I pay the amount if technician is visiting again and again.now I have paid the amount now they are saying your amount will also be debited from your account. Please help me out otherwise I am not going to install Tata sky and I am going to deactivate my account permanently. Looking for a prompt and helpful reply.
