Hi Sir,
I want to raise a complaint against TataSky fraud they are doing to US.
Please find the details of my issue in points.
- I have recharged my Tata Sky of 574 RS on 18/06/2018 by using Google Pay App by HDFC Net Banking.
- Amount is deducted from my HDFC bank account (I have attached my bank statement in the email) but it was not reached to Tata Sky.
- I have contacted Google Pay and explain my issue, they have checked from their side ask me to provide screen shot of the payment done by Google pay and I have provided them that screen shot, they have raised another ticket to their bill desk to rectify the issue and for this Google pay took so many months to find the issue.
- Finally they found that money is stuck somewhere in there side and they replied to me saying that we have transfer the money to Biller(TATA SKY).Please find the attachment of the email that Google Pay send me.
- From that day I am contacting Tata Sky and provided all the evidence saying that Google Pay has transfer money to TATA SKY account and no one is interested to solve the problem.
- Please find the attachment of all the screen shot I have provided to them, up to 6 months they avoided the issue, every time they raise a new ticket and ask me to wait for 7 business days and did not solve the problem.
