This is in regards to my mobile payment related to Airtel.
In morning when I reached my office I got to know that my Airtel service is been discontinued as I did not make my payment on time and also I have been charged lateĀ fee for this everytime I do this which is understandable as it is a delay on my side.
But when I pay my entire bill along with the late fee still I am not able to use my service for 2 days stating that the payment is made by a 3rd party Application for which I have provided the transaction id.
The problem is not with the discontinuation of the service but on one side the company is charging me a late fee and after that I am not able to use the service for two straight days incurring me a huge loss in my business as my whole work is dependent only on phone calls.
I would like to demand a compensation for this or at least a waiver of the amount that I’ll be charged as a late fee for this month.
