Text of Complaint by Ankit Nigam:

I had a broadband connection when I was living in Gurgaon earlier this year. The connection was taken on a 6-month advance rental plan, the payment of which was made in March 2023. I shifted to Noida in May 2023 and got that connection shifted. Now I am getting calls from Airtel that I haven’t paid my bill and there is an outstanding on my Gurgaon account. I fail to understand that if I have already paid 6 months in advance how is my bill due? Also, they are saying that they have paid a refund which I haven’t received.

I fail to understand that if a consumer has paid in advance, they are paying the customer back and then harassing him/her that the bill is not paid.
