I booked a from ticket jaipur to pune on 5 aug 21 in air asia through travellook. But airline canceled my ticket due to not generating of pnr and I talked to travellook regarding payment refund but still I didn’t get my refund payment 2 months has been over my amount is stuck with travellook. Almost 20 time I called them. 5597/- is amount
