Text of Complaint by Vijay:

I did a transaction of ₹ 45200 from Kotak Mahindra Bank on 01 Dec 2021, payment failed but till now money has not come in my bank account please check and send money to my account as soon as possible. Sorry I am sending the transaction ID to your portal which is BASD02151571 this is the transaction ID but till now the money has not arrived in the account
